Note: Delete your current DNS settings by taping on red minus sign and press delete.

For Macs: Go to System Preferences > Network > Select “YOUR NETWORK’S NAME” > Advance > DNS tab > Click the “+” button to add the Google DNS, now enter 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 and then click on OK.

Set Your Device’s Date & Time to Automatic

FaceTime won’t work properly if you’re device Date & Time is not set correctly, just set it on automatic so that it will sync with the Apple Servers.
