To create a backup data in Notion, users need to do the following:
Step 1: Open the document that you want to create a backup.
Step 2: From the sidebar located on the left side, select Settings & Members.
Step 3: Scroll down and select Export All Workplace Content.
Step 4: To download the backup, click on the link in the confirmation email.
And you are done! This will not only allow you to download your pages and projects but also the files and images that you have uploaded.
