If you are one of those people whose iPhone is constantly used by people you travel around with just to click cool pictures, you are most likely to discard those photos after sending them to your friends to free up your storage.
But selecting those photos individually might be frustrating, so below are 2 ways to select multiple photos at once.
Manually selecting each photo
Step 1. First open your Photos app and select ‘All Photos’ to display each photo clicked from your device
Step 2. On the top right side of your screen there would appear a ‘Select’ button, Tap on that.
Step 3. After that, you can simply tap on the photos which you desire to select simultaneously and there would appear a tick mark once a photo is been selected.
After you have finished choosing photos, you can tap on the ‘Share Button’ (which looks like an arrow coming out of a box) or you can simply Delete the selected photos by tapping on the ‘Trash Icon’.
Selecting Photos using Drag Gestures
An iPhone consists of several features which are useful for any individual who uses it but it lacks the ‘Select All’ button which makes it quite difficult to select all photos simultaneously. However, it comes with a Drag Gesture feature which makes it a little bit simple to select all photos at once. To do so, follow the steps given below.
Step 1. Open your Photos app and select ‘All photos’ or you can even navigate and open the folder which includes the photos you wish to select.
Step 2. On the top right side of your screen there would appear a ‘Select’ button, Tap on that.
Step 3. Now you can tap on one photo and continue to hold down your finger and drag over your screen to select photos present beside each other and you can lift up your finger after selecting desired photos.
Step 4. You can select an entire folder or select all photos just by selecting the first picture and dragging your finger towards the end of the screen till your last image. It will automatically scroll down once you drag your finger down the screen.
Once done you can then tap on the ‘Share Button’ (which looks like an arrow coming out of a box) or you can simply Delete the selected photos by tapping on the ‘Trash Icon’.
